Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Most couples don’t fight because of the topic. They get stuck in emotional patterns.
With EFT, we’ll map those patterns and help you reach for each other in new ways—less blame, more connection. It’s not about who’s right; it’s about how you both feel inside.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
We all have different parts inside. Some carry pain, others step in to protect.
In IFS, we’ll listen to these parts with compassion, helping them soften so you can connect with what’s true and alive underneath. This is how real healing starts, from the inside out.
