  • I work with individual adults and couples who want to feel more connected, supported, and grounded.

  • I offer both in-person and online appointments, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you.

  • We will begin with weekly sessions. As therapy progresses, we may shift to biweekly depending on your needs and goals.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some people come in for 6+ months  to work through a specific challenge, while others stay significantly longer to do deeper relational or trauma work and for affair repair. We’ll work collaboratively to find a rhythm and timeline that supports you.

  • I want to make getting support as convenient as possible. Just use my simple online booking system to schedule your free, 15-minute consultation.

  • I only work with clients who are able to commit to weekly sessions. Therapy works best when we build a steady rhythm—and consistent weekly meetings create the safety and momentum needed for real change.
I hold a dedicated weekly time just for you, so we can go deeper without feeling rushed or scattered. If weekly sessions don’t fit your life right now, I completely understand—and I’m happy to refer you to someone who offers a more flexible structure.

At ConnectWell Therapy, I offer specialized, research-backed care that helps you go beyond symptom relief—into deeper healing, connection, and meaningful change. My work is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), approaches that foster long-term transformation for both couples and individuals.

  • Individual Therapy:

    • $240 for the first session (intake, 60 minutes)

    • $200 for the ongoing sessions (45 minutes)

    Couples Therapy:

    • $240 per session (60 minutes)

    Couples Workshop:

    • $795 for a two-day experience (9am–3pm each day, limited to 6 couples)

  • I don’t work directly with insurance—but many clients use their out-of-network benefits to significantly reduce their out-of-pocket costs. To make this easier, I’ve partnered with Thrizer.

    With Thrizer:

    • You pay just your portion of the session fee (instead of the full fee)

    • Thrizer handles insurance billing for you automatically

    • Most clients save up to 70% upfront

    Thrizer Fees

    • 5% fee when using the pay-upfront-with-copay model

    • 1% fee (from reimbursement) if you pay full fee and wait

    • No fee if you're working toward a deductible

If you’d like help checking your out-of-network benefits or getting started with Thrizer, I’m happy to assist during our intake.
